Refund & Return Policy
At LymphLines, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email support@lymphlines.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
